Picnic time.

The weather was wonderful today, so we decided to head out for a picnic. We made lots of sandwiches, pasties and cake and we sat on the top of the hill near me and we played lots of cards and chatted. It was warm and wonderful. We sat amongst the corn and my brothers helped me to plan my journey to america, they came up with some great suggestions and of course they want lots of presents bringing back.

I took these photos through an old lens of a 1970’s instant kodax camera i picked up on saturday for 20p at the vintage fair, I attached it to my SLR, i quite like the colours that have come out.

Beautiful photographs, they turned out lovely – proper vintage feel to them. Can't think of a better time to take old-fashioned photographs than on a summers picnic! x
