simply beautiful, a meal in paris.

Lets rewind two months to mine and Lyzi's little parisian trip i still have quite a few photos to share. One evening after a long day of sight seeing me decided to pop to the local shops and buy a baguette, boursin, orange juice and mini pizza crisps and had ourselves a feast right there in the hotel room over looking our little view from the window.
Its so important to take in the everyday moments, things that other people may take for granted. The meal was lovely and chilled out we ate so much bread and cheese and drank so much orange juice until we were full. It was beautiful. Possible the nicest meal I've had. Oh to be in Paris again.

  1. looks really awesome..i agree with you.. it's so important to enjoy these moments. My boyfriend and I had a dinner like you at the weekend..it was also beautiful..we ate ciabatta and serrano ham and a fondue <3

  6. This is beautiful :) Makes me miss Paris so much! It's always the little moments in trips that are the most stunning.

    Alli xx

  7. I so agree with you. Life is mostly made up of small, ordinary moments, and it's important to pay attention to them. Most of the time they're actually not all that 'ordinary'. In the words of Mary Oliver:

    "Instructions for living a life.
    Pay attention.
    Be astonished.
    Tell about it."

    (from 'Sometimes')

  8. Finding happiness in the little things is so important... It looks like you had a lovely trip xx

  9. Lovely pictures! That meal looks so nice even better at Paris. I really want to go there someday. xx

  10. I agree.. lovely pictures! I miss this so much. Such a simple evening but we really needed it after all that walking haha :) this also makes me miss my pink hair :( xxx
