At the moment all i can think about are mixing colours, I find in the winter months that I often forget colours exists. I came across this photo from the summer, and it made me realise how lacking in colour my recent outfits have been. I think I am slowly going to add some colour into my daily outfits with a fresh coat of bright nail varnish.
How do you add a splash of colour to a simple winter outfit?

I have become a little obsessed with black and grey now we are so far into winter, I like a little pop of colour on my nails to brighten things up 🙂 or a swipe of lipstick! x
I pretty much also put colour in an outfit through shoes or scarfs in Winter, as my coat covers everything else!

Lovely photo! I do the same thing, rocking a bright green polish at the minute. Polish is so good for adding a little bit of colour and I love wearing bright accessories too, especially necklaces. Winter is such a dreich month, you definitely need something lovely and bright.

The photo looks lovely, great colours. I find it quite difficult to add colour to my wardrobe during the winter months but recently I have been introducing a lot of pink and rose tones which isn't me normally. It does brighten up the day though, wearing a big pink jumper!

Nail varnish, tights and jewellery. Although I do tend to fall into the trap of not being very colourful in the winter.
