Its the weekend again, this year is going super fast, I still can’t believe we are already in March. Totally blows my mind. As I am generally being a bit of a bum today, my outfit kind of reflects this mood, simple, warm and practical. I’ve been doing a bit of spring cleaning in the bedroom today. As I have accumulated a crazy amount of things I really do not need, and i have re-discovered a few things that I had thought i’d lost…I do love that when that happens.
The Black ripped Amelie Superskinny Jeans are a new purchase from River Island, first pair of jeans since I was about sixteen that don’t have any elastane weaved into the blend, thank you diet! non-stretchy jeans all the way. Anyone who has been reading this blog for a while, knows how much I hated wearing ( two years ago) jeans due to my size will understand, so my excitement when going down a dress size in the river island changing room was a sight to behold ha! The rest of my outfit is pretty standard, my vintage denim top is an old piece i collected when at university and the jumper is from T k Maxx mens section, the shoes highly impractical in this cold british weather but perfect for adding colour to this slightly dull colour selection are from office and where a birthday present from the little brother, they have to be one of my favourite all time gifts so bright, i like to think they would be something that Bri from Design Love Fest would wear? one of my ultimate favourite bloggers.
In other news my hair is growing on me ( excuse the pun) i battle with my fringe on an hourly basis, I am yet to feel 100% comfortable with it, but my love hate relationship with it is coming along nicely. my dad literally only noticed I cut it on Wednesday…cheers dad, I chopped it off two weeks ago haha!
I shaved my undercut a little balder much to the hatred of someone of my boy mates saying a resembled skrillex, cheers for that Alex, just the look I was going for.
I haven’t really illustrated or worked on any new bearded men illustration my brains having a bit of a break from all that at the moment I think, pains me but you can’t force these things, I have though been working on a few beautiful tattooed women so hopefully they will be finished soon and up in the shop.
Anyway I hope you are all having a wonderful saturday where ever you are in the world…

I really love this outfit, Ella! Especially the flats and the jumper <3 Your brother has good taste 🙂 I have had my eyes on some very similar ones on etsy and I think, as summer approaches, I am going to go for them really soon.
