whats stopping you?

To be able to dream and be creative is one of the greatest things, I've recently closed my little etsy shop to focus on a little project that I have been wanting to do since childhood. I can't share too much at the moment, as I am too afraid to jinx myself but its so exciting that i might burst. It's teaching me to be restrained and secretive, and I kinda like it. So this is a little post, if you have a dream no matter how big or how tiny, do it... throw yourself into something without reservation with your whole heart what have you got to loose? go on I dare you!

  1. This is kind of striking a chord with me. I've been wanting to push myself and make a little business for so long now. I only have very limited (read: 2) things in my current Etsy shop because my health isn't very good to bring it all together and create more things. Might have to find some inspirational quotes for the days I am feeling better but just unmotivated :)

  2. WOW! Love this post Ella! It's exactly what i needed to hear right now! So thank you! xxx

  3. Great message, aiming high is brilliantxx

  6. Lovely! I am constantly reminded of how many things I've put off through fear or doubt. The more time goes on, the more I realise I should just go for it. Hope it goes well for you Ella!

  7. What a lovely post! I've been wanting to throw myself in to something new for a while now and this has eased my self-doubt and worry a little :)
Good luck with your project, I hope it works out well for you!

  8. This is so exciting and very wise words :)
Fingers crossed this little secret goes well for you and do share if everything goes to plan!
I have been thinking the same recently - just going for what I love despite how mad and crazy it could be. That being that I got an internship in London (I am a bit of a country bumpkin so London is a big scary place for me!). And it is going super well :)
Look forward to your news <3

  9. How exciting! As they say, "Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - wine in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up - totally worn out and shouting 'woo hoo! What a ride!'" Good luck in your new adventure! xx
