graduation dresses and goodbyes!

God i have been away from my blog and internet for so long now that something have changed

  1. I have Graduated
  2. I am no longer a student
  3. I have left Falmouth
  4. I am now living in london back with the family
  5. I have a proper Job interview for friday
  6. Alexander Mcqueen internship maybe in August and not July

So there is a list of my life since my last post.  I have been abit down recently since i got my grades but i am going strong on a lot of things getting funding for my MA and i am doing alot of art competions and commisons. I have also completed a fab watercolour painting that was meant to be entered into this year sunday times watercolour competiton, but my housemates didnt get up in tme leaving me to clean the house and i couldnt make it to penzance on time devasted beyond belief so I am going to be selling it on my new etsy site. Which I am currently working hard on stocking looking into prints and mini canvase painting necklaces that a few of my readers said that it would be a good idea.

Between leaving falmouth and coming back to london i recieved a phone call from a lady from Oxford street Topshop she has given me an interview on friday at 11am for creative assistant which sounds thrilling doesnt it eeek im nervous beyond belief.

OH and i suppose the biggest news this week i graduated!!! with a BA (HONS) in FINE ART degree how thrilling haha i wore a vintage 1970’s green/turquoise hard to explain the colour dress i will load images, it was a very tiering and emotional time i had to say by to my wonderful boyfriend and i think i cried for an hour it was horrible. This is quite a large text post i just dont have a camera atm.

(Thats me on the bottom row on the right)

My Inspirational artist atm is Kristin Vestgard she did the same degree at falmouth as me producing some wonderful paintings, sorry for the slight blurred images but you can see how wonderful they are.

Ooh I like the polka dots in the background! It sounds like some good things are happening in amongst the slightly rubbish things, hopefully it will all turn out wonderfully. The Topshop job sounds really good! And I like the dress a lot! x
