Today i ventured to east london for my meeting with Upstlyer Magazine, to talk about illustrations which was rather exciting, i have my little set to work on, i gave the lovely people of upstyler magazine my stylist magazine, they seemed obsessed with christina Hendricks, and rightly so she looked gorgeous, on the front cover of stylist (i did find another stylist magazine on the jubilee line so i have one for my stash). so that was a great start to the day, i was really nervous but with a hot chocolate i was fine, me and mum decided to head the Museum of childhood and just went to the gift shop, i bought a friendship band (the brightly coloured bracelet in image 2)and the little images of toffs with chains for noses for my younger brothers amused them for hours.
We had plans to head to the O2 to see the Titanic Artifacts exhibition it was truly amazing, sad and heart touching. I really wish i could have taken pictures to share, they had perfume from the disaster that still smelt of flowers, stamps, shoes, and jewellery. Me and mum took our time going around, i think i was the only exhibition where i have taken the time to read everything. We were in the exhibition for an hour and half. If anyone is in london at the moment i think everyone should visit the exhibition. It is beautifully curated, Oh and also the exhibition where ever it goes it is haunted, it travels all around the world and so do the hauntings, well thats if you believe in that sort of thing.
I haven’t done any drawing today, but tomorrow i will be working on my leather rings, i am loving feathers, studs, tourquois and Ke$ha, I am not to sure about her music but i am liking what she is wearing messy hair and feathers reminds me of first year. Oh and i wore my new H&M coral dress. I am really rather looking forward to the summer, i might try and go to a little festival, not glastonbury been there done it (got the messy hair and mud stains), maybe secret garden party, something little and fun.
So what has everyone else been upto today? or have planned for tomorrow?
