Oh today i forgot to mention, me and joe ventured upto bricklane & spitalfields, i bought leather and a piece of faux fur, and the wonderful Emma Carlisle sent me some wonderful feathers a massive thank you. I decided that after going to westfields, and seeing lots and lots of wonderful topshop jewellery that i couldn’t afford i would hunt down similar pieces at a fraction of the cost and bingo! at Spitalfields market there was a man selling these bracelets for £3 so i treat myself and i love it. Beautiful stones, orange and turquoise my favorite.
Oh yeah i am working on my bespoke pieces of jewellery i know i keep going on about it, i am rather nervous about making pieces and showing them to people, it is a passion i have had and i understand that you have to be bold, with these things but i am rather shy about it all, just incase they won’t be good enough. Oh well, suck it up and see. I have still be thinking about names for my shop, i don’t think i want it to have my name in it because i have my illustrations under my name, i was thinking something like RubyRae, or lace&leather? Please help with ideas, i am some what useless.
