Caravan shaped dreams

So i have been away for a few days due to the lack of internet connection. I have been rather busy working on all the orders, they have been coming through thick and fast, so i have just managed to get back online. My 1st stop was the wonderful Little Chief honeybee, its so great when you find another blogger with big dreams and a hard-worker like Kaelah. I saw that she was thinking of buying a shasta caravan to take her shop on the road. I love 1960’s shasta caravans, but they are so hard to come by in england. This is what my aim is for next summer, get my new vintage shop on the road and before i invest into a real bricks and mortar shop.

My first idea was to buy a camper van and go traveling, but then i thought well i don’t want to be living inside my shop eeek! what can i do, so the caravan idea popped into my head, me and dad have been viewing caravans for a little while now, but i haven’t yet found the perfect one.

Its such a great thing to find something to spur you on through the hard times, i have had a few days off work, and in this time i have been collecting up thrifted and vintage pieces for my new shop, these include lots of vintage 1940’s sunglasses, suitcases and vintage 1940’s dresses, oh man i am so excited about sharing the new shop. I will be unveiling the new name and i will be setting up a little online shop at the weekend to get the ball rolling. At the weekend i did my 1st vintage fair and it went down really well, under my new name for my shop. Its great to finally feel like i am heading in the right direction.

Once my new shop has opened there will be a great voucher give away so stay tuned. Does anyone else have any big dreams or does anyone no of other traveling shops?

It's always good to dream. Those caravans are so lovely, I wish I hadn't sold mine now! It's so fun doing them up and making them all perfect.
    Good luck with your plans!
