Oh Hey! How are you lovelies? I can’t believe we are already in september…pretty crazy. I start back at work on wednesday, i’m looking forward to getting back into my routine and getting the business back up and running, i don’t know if you saw on my instagram the other day my little starbucks meeting with jenni you can follow me here- _ellamasters_ we spent a good five hours brainstorming a new collection for a rather wonderful company (can’t go into details at the mo). It always nice to be able to talk business with friends because i find that they are the best for helping out and being truthful. Jenni is the best at that she has a wonderful label her self and it can be found here house of 1923
I feel like i need to be a little more adventurous in life…so i am making a massive list of things i really want to start and try and complete by the end of the year ( some are rather ambitious remember what they say if you you shoot for the moon and miss you will end up amongst the stars and that doesn’t sound to bad to me) I have a feeling that i need to make some big changes in my life
Your probably wondering why so many pictures of yourself?! because i felt like it and my brother got a little snap happy. You can see me clutching the new Aesthetic magazine that can i just say is rather wonderful… kinda biased of me considering i am a contributor to the magazine. I shall be doing a more in depth post of the magazine soon.
I just wanted to share my love for my new jeans, Its the first time in 5 years that I have properly gone jean shopping and i went on my own (wooo go me). I have always been really fearful of jean shopping, but i even had to get the sales assistant in the changing room to get me a smaller size…diet you are paying off! I was in a bit of a slouchy mood today, seeing as I had to finish off my to-do list, business emails and shopping. I am loving the thought of being able to wear jeans and not feeling frumpy in them. I went a little crazy in New look the other day and I bought a few pairs. I am learning to be a lot more confident with what i wear and with my body and i am enjoying it believe me.
This looks so great on you! Love those jeans, seen them on a few blogs lately and think I may just have to buy them. Totally get what you mean about shopping for jeans, I put on a lot of weight last year because I was ill and was in desperate need of new jeans – it can be a horrible experience!
