Simple Home-made dark hot chocolate

This is a rather simple post, I wanted to share with you something I really enjoy and love making when I get in from work, dark hot Chocolate, it is perfect for keeping you warm and happy. I always love drinking it out of my little dotty mug i bought in falmouth.

All you need is :

A saucepan filled with boiling water

A cup

A wooden spoon

A ceramic bowl

A few pieces of dark chocolate

A cup of milk

Microwave / cooker

You first break up the dark chocolate place into the ceramic bowl, pour the bpiling water into the saucepan, heat the water on the hob not to high. Place the ceramic bowl into the boiling water, keep stirring the dark chocolate till it melts, in the mean time put the milk in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds then add the milk to the melted dark chocolate keep stirring and it is then ready to serve, pour into your favourite mug. Enjoy!

Mmmm, sounds gorgeous! I love how you've topped it with a piece of bueno- chocolate heaven.
Have you ever tried making hot chocolate with Nutella? Anything that combines chocolate and hazelnuts is usually a winner and it's actually quite nice 🙂 x
