Renegade Craft Fair London 2013 my stall

Renegade feels like days ago now, and I think my body is finally recovering from being constantly busy for what feels like such a long time.

It was such a busy weekend mentally and physically, but so worth it.

My wonderful brother drove me and mum met us ready to set up the stall. Saturday started off slow but then customers came thick and fast and Sunday was ridiculously choca, I didn’t get a chance to visit any stalls or even the chance to really sit down.

I was really truly overwhelmed and humbled by the amount of lovely people who came to say that they really enjoyed my work and traveled (some) hundreds of miles to meet me and buy items from me. I think that shocked my mum more then anyone as she isn’t really aware of the extent of my social media circle.

Mum was a great help, sorting, restocking and helping me with the money as I am absolutely awful at counting and sorting money due to my tiny brain! So a massive thank you goes out to her for keeping me sane. It was lovely being visited by my old Falmouth friends, blog buddies and new acquaintances.

The first night I got home I was genuinely overwhelmed by the amount I had taken expecting to   have only made a few quid. It was a wonderful feeling to know people liked my work and wanted to buy it, so thank you.

I never managed to get around to seeing and photographing other peoples stalls but the lovely Ellie from Pretty Much Penniless wrote a wonderful blog post.

Just a little note to say my shop is currently closed whilst I deal with a few order issues and a mini break away for me. So most of the items that didn’t sell will be posted in the shop soon.

Your stall looks wonderful Ella, I so wish I could have gone to Renegade but couldn't make it! Would have loved to pick up a few bits so i'm excited for whenever your shop opens again (gutted I didn't get my mitts on a tattoo man print before, so will snap one up at the next opportunity). Congrats on the successful stall lovely, as a long time reader its obvious that you work so hard (and are so talented) it's nice to see you have success!
