Canterbury Tales – Minion film fun

I love a good home grown adventure, so I tagged along with the Mother
and Brother on a little trip down to Canterbury I hadn’t been in a few years and I do love a good day trip, I’m a sucker for a table seat and a good magazine, my picks were Oh comely magazine
and simple things both insanely beautiful and the photos are just the
best for inspiration. So I guzzled down my Chai steamer and enjoyed
leaving the house early to make the most of my day.

We chose Canterbury as my Brother who runs Choose Film Blog
has decided to visit as many independent and varied cinemas he can. We
picked Canterbury Curzon to go see The Minions movie, which can I just
say I loved the first 20 minutes and then I left feeling a little sad.
But that’s not the end of the world when the cinema itself looks
insanely good, I wanted to live in that foyer with all those books and
pretty flowers and yes my mother did excitedly run over to me after
stepping foot out of the loo to tell me I had to pop in and snap some
photos for the blog, shes a good mother! even the loos were film themed
and rather easy on the eye, yep I got excited about a toilet.

After the film we wandered around the town popping in and out of charity shops seeing if we could bag a bargain and then I found two fab tops but the shop didn’t let you use card, so I took it as a sign that I should probably save my hard earned pennies. I do regret not buying them though and as the saying goes, “nothing haunts you like the clothes you didn’t buy” hella haunting me right now damn you perfectly striped baggy Parisian style vintage top!

HOPE YOU’RE HAVING A LOVELY WEEKEND
